Help & FAQ

Our face masks are not medical devices. The World Health Organization has continuously emphasized that medical masks and respirators should be prioritized for health workers only.

What is a face mask used for?

While we are supposed to limit our exposure to the “outside world”, many of us still need to go outside and be around people. Face masks are an effective tool that’s utilized to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by limiting your exposure to others’ germs, as well as containing the spread of the virus.

Recently, health care professionals have recommended the use of face masks in efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 and flatten the curve of its spread. However, for the face mask to be effective, it must be worn properly.

Note: Wearing a mask does not mean you do not need to adhere to social distancing or hand washing procedures. It is an additional measure to protect others around you. But make sure that you are not taking it off upon use or touching your mask and face during its use.
